Service Design Framework Design and Implementation
Our team was tasked by a government transportation agency with creating a robust Service Design framework, rooted in global best practices. The goal was to create a systematic approach, enhancing efficiency and the quality of both new and existing services. Following a comparative analysis of international standards, we built detailed processes, tools and support mechanisms, enriching the existing in-house function.
